Living in Aguanga

Aguanga is a rural high-country community along State Route 79, between Temecula and Anza in the far southeast corner of Riverside County. It’s ranch and vineyard land — large parcels, well-and-septic, long private drives — with no real town center.

Homes for sale are spread widely in price and size, from modest manufactured homes on acreage to custom houses and small ranches. Land, water and access matter as much as the structure, and comparable sales are genuinely comparable parcels, not just comparable homes.

Aguanga fits buyers who want privacy, room for animals or agriculture, and a long drive as part of the deal. Expect a wide pricing range, a longer search, and real diligence on wells, roads and zoning.
