With over 15 years in Southern California real estate, I started MZ Homes on a straightforward idea: homeowners deserve the same attention and expertise that high-volume brokerages reserve for their top-tier clients, on every transaction, regardless of price point.
Every listing gets my direct attention personally, from the first conversation to closing, not passed down to someone else along the way. When you call, you get the broker: the person pricing your home, negotiating your offers, and managing your closing.
That means a comparative market analysis grounded in real comparables, not an algorithm; staging and photography that show buyers what a home actually is; and negotiation handled by the same person who priced the listing in the first place. Whether you're buying or selling, the person you meet at the first walkthrough is the person at the closing table.
Will I work with the broker or with a team?
You work directly with me, Mike Zwarg, the broker-owner of MZ Homes, on every sale. There is no team in between: the person who prices your home also markets it, negotiates your offers and manages your closing.
Where do you help buyers and sellers?
Across Southern California, from my office in Temecula: Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Corona, Riverside and 45 other cities in Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Orange and Los Angeles counties. Every city has its own page with local market data.
What is your track record?
Of the 57 homes I've listed and sold that appear in the MLS records behind this site since 2013, 41 closed at or above their final asking price. I'm a licensed California real estate broker (CA DRE #01890233), a REALTOR®, and a member of the California Association of REALTORS® and the Southwest Riverside County Association of REALTORS®.
