Who We Are

We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically as you browse the site.

Information you provide: When you submit a form on this site (a home valuation request, a showing request, or a general inquiry), we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the property or address you’re asking about.

Information collected automatically: Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you found the site. This is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies described below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you requested
• Prepare and deliver a comparative market analysis (CMA) when you request a home valuation
• Schedule property showings and consultations
• Understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it
• Show relevant advertising to people who have visited this site (retargeting)

Third-Party Services We Use

We share information with the following third-party services as part of operating this site. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:

• Google Analytics (GA4) — site traffic and usage analytics. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Meta Pixel — used for advertising and retargeting on Facebook/Instagram. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
• Cloud CMA — when you request a home valuation, your name, email, and address are sent to Cloud CMA to generate and deliver your report. See Cloud CMA’s Privacy Policy.
• GoHighLevel — powers our showing-request scheduling and client relationship management. See GoHighLevel’s Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. Where California law defines “sharing” broadly enough to include advertising technologies like Meta Pixel, see the California Privacy Rights section below for how to opt out.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This data belongs to CRMLS and its participating brokers, not to individual site visitors, and is governed separately from the personal information described in this policy. Your California Privacy Rights

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
