The Oasis

The Oasis is a gated 55+ community in Menifee with 1,158 single-story homes, built by Ryland Homes and Fulton Homes from 1999 to 2005. Its 18 floor plans run from about 1,300 to 2,450 square feet with two or three bedrooms. Every home here is a resale; the last new homes sold in 2005.

The 22,500-square-foot clubhouse has a fitness center, a ballroom with a stage, a library, billiards, and an arts and crafts studio, and a full-time activities director runs more than two dozen clubs. Outside are a pool and spa, tennis, bocce, shuffleboard, and an amphitheater. The community is built around the 36-hole Menifee Lakes Country Club and sits about a mile east of the I-215.
