Four Seasons is a gated 55+ community in Hemet with 1,106 single-family homes, built by K. Hovnanian from 2003 to 2011. Every home is single-level, with the main bedroom on the main floor and a two- or three-car garage. The 12 floor plans run from about 1,450 to 2,800 square feet with two to four bedrooms.

Social life centers on The Lodge, a clubhouse of nearly 15,000 square feet with a ballroom, bistro, fitness center, movie theater, library, and arts and crafts room. Outside are a resort-style pool and spa, tennis, pickleball, and bocce, and a full-time activities director runs the clubs and events. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and Hemet Global Medical Center are a short drive away.
