Seven Hills

Seven Hills is one of Hemet’s longest-established 55+ communities, with 1,143 homes built in stages from the 1970s through 2006. It mixes single-family homes of about 1,150 to 2,500 square feet with attached homes of about 1,200 to 1,500 square feet, most with two or three bedrooms. Unlike most of the newer 55+ communities in the area, it isn’t gated.

The clubhouse has a ballroom, library, fitness center, billiards, a card room, and a catering kitchen, with an outdoor pool and spa. The 18-hole golf course, with a driving range and practice greens, is run through the Seven Hills Members Club, so golf is a separate membership. Shopping and Hemet Global Medical Center are a few minutes away.
