FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Straight answers about working with MZ Homes — no sales pitch, just what you'd actually want to know before reaching out.
Do I actually work with the broker, or get passed to an assistant?
You work with Mike Zwarg, the broker-owner, directly — from the first pricing conversation through closing. He prices the home, runs the negotiation, and manages the closing himself.
What areas does MZ Homes cover?
Southern California, spanning Riverside, San Diego, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Orange counties — Temecula, Murrieta, Corona, Riverside, Ontario, Anaheim, and dozens more communities in between. If you're not sure whether your area is covered, ask — Mike will tell you honestly whether he's the right fit.
How is this different from a large brokerage?
One accountable person instead of a team where responsibilities get split. No template process applied to every home regardless of what it needs. Senior attention on pricing, prep, and negotiation — the parts that actually move the outcome.
What does it cost to sell with MZ Homes?
Mike will walk you through commission and exactly what's included in a no-pressure consultation — before you sign anything.
Can you help me buy and sell at the same time?
Yes. Coordinating the two closings so they line up is a large part of the work, and Mike handles both sides himself.
Can I get an estimate of my home's value?
Yes — request a valuation at mzhomes.us or call/text (951) 528-0626. It's based on real comparable sales, and there's no obligation to list.
