It’s also been drifting down over the past year while Fallbrook has risen, so a shared price level hides opposite trends. For a seller, the speed means a well-priced home transacts quickly, but the softening means there’s no room to test a high number first. For a buyer, the pace is real, so be ready — but the direction gives you a reason not to overreach on price.
