It was a real pleasure working with Mike as my real estate agent! He is extremely professional, hard working, knowledgeable, and communicative. He takes initiative and does whatever he can do to make sure the transaction closes on time.

I live out of state and Mike was the listing agent for my property. After the home inspection, the buyer requested some minor repairs. Since I live out of state and Mike knew that I didn't have any local contacts, he did all the repairs himself! The photographer that Mike used took great photos of my property and Mike even had the photographer virtually stage my property at an extra expense to himself since my property was unfurnished and vacant.
